Promtel was established in 1994. We started out as a mail fulfilment service and grew to offer our clients the complete customer contact, customer reward, product management, storage, pick, pack and fulfilment services that make up our organisation today.

We take pride in being a dynamic organisation, proactively developing new ways to better service our clients’ needs.

Promtel offers more than a simple and effective 3PL service, storing, picking, packing and shipping your goods.  For twenty five years we have also provided virtual office services to many companies.  We can quickly arrange to have your phone lines diverted to our operators to enable help with customer service overflow.  We provide administration services, including procurement tasks and document scanning.  If you find yourself needing a quick about-turn in the current climate, we can help.

Our approach is one of flexibility and scalability to ensure the most appropriate and affordable solution for each client. We are able to respond quickly to changes and use technology to achieve timely and accurate results.
